Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the services provided by iGraphics Banaras ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and iGraphics Banaras regarding your use of our website development, mobile app development, graphics design, digital marketing, cyber security, and related services.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use our services.

iGraphics Banaras provides the following services:

• Website Development (responsive, e-commerce, custom web applications)
• Mobile App Development (Android, iOS, cross-platform)
• Graphics Design (logos, branding, marketing materials)
• Digital Marketing (SEO, social media, online advertising)
• Cyber Security (consultation, vulnerability assessment, ethical hacking)
• Web Hosting Services (through www.igraphicsbanaras.co.in)
• Freelance and Consulting Services

Payment Schedule:

• • 50% advance payment required to commence work
• • Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• • For projects above ₹50,000, milestone-based payments may be arranged
• • Monthly services require advance payment for each month

Payment Methods:

• • Bank transfer (preferred)
• • UPI payments
• • Online payment gateways
• • Cash (for local clients only)

Late Payment: Overdue payments may result in project suspension and additional charges of 2% per month on outstanding amounts.

Project timelines are estimates based on project scope and complexity. Actual delivery may vary due to:

• • Client feedback and revision cycles
• • Scope changes or additional requirements
• • Third-party dependencies (hosting, domains, APIs)
• • Force majeure events

We commit to regular communication and updates throughout the project lifecycle. Any significant delays will be communicated promptly with revised timelines.

Client Ownership:

• • Upon full payment, clients own all custom-developed content
• • This includes custom code, designs, and content created specifically for the client
• • Source code and design files will be provided upon project completion

Our Rights:

• • We retain rights to our proprietary frameworks and methodologies
• • We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio (with client consent)
• • Third-party licenses and tools remain property of their respective owners

Included Revisions:

• • Up to 3 rounds of revisions included in quoted price
• • Revisions must be within the original project scope
• • Minor content and styling adjustments are included

Additional Charges:

• • Major scope changes will be quoted separately
• • Additional revisions beyond included rounds: ₹1,500 per hour
• • New features or functionality additions require separate agreement

All scope changes must be agreed upon in writing before implementation.

Free Support Period:

• • 1-6 months free support (varies by package)
• • Includes bug fixes and minor content updates
• • Technical assistance and guidance
• • Security updates and patches

Post-Support Period:

• • Maintenance packages available from ₹5,000/month
• • Ad-hoc support charged at ₹1,500/hour
• • Emergency support available with premium rates

Our Warranties:

• • We warrant that our work will be free from defects for the support period
• • We guarantee that our work will not infringe on third-party copyrights
• • We ensure professional standards and best practices in all deliverables

Limitation of Liability:

• • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project
• • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business loss damages
• • Client is responsible for data backup and content accuracy
• • We are not liable for third-party service failures (hosting, domains, etc.)

Client Termination:

• • Clients may terminate projects with 7 days written notice
• • Payment due for all completed work up to termination date
• • Refunds subject to our refund policy

Our Termination Rights:

• • We may terminate for non-payment after 30 days notice
• • Immediate termination for breach of terms or abusive behavior
• • We reserve the right to refuse service to any client

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication and mediation before pursuing legal action.
